Summary of Rules

The Society will offer shares at £10 each

Members must be over 16 years of age

The minimum number of shares will be xx for this initial offer

Each shareholder/member will have a single vote regardless of their share ownership

Shares are not transferable except on death or bankruptcy, and are withdrawable at the sole discretion of the Management Committee
