About the Recipe
This recipe is courtesy of “The Allium” fine-dining restaurant in Salisbury.
It makes a very tasty and moorish treat.

Ingredients
500g mixed nuts
1 tbsp curry powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp icing sugar
Splash of water
Preparation
Method
Put everything apart from the nuts into a bowl
Add some water to make a paste
Add the nuts and mix to coat
Cook at 170 degrees for 20 minutes, turning them every 5 minutes
Enjoy!!
