About the Recipe

This recipe is courtesy of “The Allium” fine-dining restaurant in Salisbury.

It makes a very tasty and moorish treat.

Ingredients

  • 500g mixed nuts

  • 1 tbsp curry powder

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp cayenne

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp icing sugar

  • Splash of water

Preparation


Method

  • Put everything apart from the nuts into a bowl

  • Add some water to make a paste

  • Add the nuts and mix to coat

  • Cook at 170 degrees for 20 minutes, turning them every 5 minutes
