A healthy and yummy snack that's quick and easy to make. The dates give a natural sweetness, while the nuts and seeds provide healthy fats, protein, vitamins and minerals. A delicious hit of energy without the processed sugar!

Ingredients
150g dates
150g cashews
100g mixed seeds (e.g. linseed, sunflower, sesame)
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Zest and juice of 1 orange (may need slightly more juice)
2 tbsp desiccated coconut (optional)
Method
Whizz everything in a food processor
Roll into walnut sized balls
If using, put the coconut in a dish and roll the balls to coat them
Store in the fridge until needed
