Savoury Pumpkin Seeds

A deliciously moreish savoury snack, easy to make...and to eat! Great as a healthy alternative to crisps.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
150g pumpkin seeds
a few drops of oil - sunflower, rapeseed, olive or sesame
a splash of soya sauce
Method
Preheat the oven to 180C
Place the pumpkin seeds in a bowl and add a few drops of oil (enough to lightly coat the seeds)
Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Spread out the seeds on a tray and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes
Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle a little soya sauce over the hot seeds (they will sizzle)
Use a spoon or spatula to ensure that the seeds are evenly coated in soya sauce
Leave to cool and they’re ready to eat!
These will stay fresh in a sealed container for a few days.
