Recipe courtesy of BBC Good Food, suggested by Bridget Downton

An easy vegan dip that's perfect for any party table. Serve with crudites or fluffy naan bread.
Ingredients
100g cashews
1-2 limes - juiced (approx. 50ml)
3 tbsp coconut cream
2 tbsp korma curry paste
2 tbsp Bombay Mix
Method
Whizz everything except the Bombay Mix in a food processor
Blend until smooth (add more lime juice or a little water if too thick)
Spoon into a bowl and sprinkle over the Bombay Mix before serving with chicken skewers, carrot sticks and naan bread
Store in the fridge
